Welcome to Flow by Zitopy Tech. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow by Zitopy Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Unified Account Responsibilities

Flow utilizes a Unified User Model. A single account allows you to seamlessly act as a Client or a Business Owner. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information, especially for payouts.

3. Payments, Deposits & Fees

Flow by Zitopy Tech processes payments securely through Paystack utilizing a split-payment subaccount architecture. We operate a No-Escrow model for legal compliance; funds are routed directly and instantly to business owners. A flat ₦100 platform fee is added to every successful booking deposit.

Third-Party Payment Routing: Flow by Zitopy is a software routing layer, not a financial institution. All funds are processed and held by Paystack. Flow never holds business owner funds in escrow. By providing your bank details, you authorize Flow to generate a Paystack Subaccount on your behalf. The Business assumes full liability for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.

4. Flow Reward & Protection System

We are committed to mutual accountability and eliminating no-shows. Users earn Trust Points for completing on-platform payments, which can unlock lower deposit requirements over time. Our ecosystem relies on a Two-Way Rating System where Business Owners and Clients rate each other to foster high trust.

In the event of a dispute, we provide evidence-first dispute support to protect agreements via comprehensive digital logging.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Flow by Zitopy Tech for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or international laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines, manipulate ratings, or abuse the Trust System.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Flow platform are the property of Zitopy Tech or its licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flow by Zitopy Tech is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we facilitate bookings and payments, Zitopy Tech is not liable for the actual services rendered by Business Owners, nor for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
